I wrote the book I needed earlier in my career.
For years, I believed good work would get me noticed. It did not.
After being diagnosed with dyslexia in my mid-thirties, I built practical frameworks that helped me make my value visible, progress into senior leadership and run departments.
I wrote Career Leverage to give ambitious professionals the system I had to discover for myself: how to build valuable skills, strengthen their reputation and become difficult to overlook.
